Refund policy

If you’re not happy with an app, email us within 30 days of buying it and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to give a reason.

30-day money-back guarantee

Every app you buy from Beautiful Software comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. To ask for a refund, email hello@beautifulsoftware.app from the address you used to buy, or include your order receipt.

We refund the full price to the card you paid with, usually within 2 business days of your email. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it. Once refunded, the app’s licence stops working.

After 30 days

If an app has a problem that stops it doing what we said it would, tell us and we’ll fix it. If we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you, even after 30 days.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our apps come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. If an app has a major failure, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement.
